We are taking part in the project European Coworking by EOI (link ES) an acceleration program, where 57 entrepreneurs from Spain will spend 5 weeks in Europe. Each one will be hosted by one of the European partners that joined the program, from London to Sofia and from Braga to Stockholm.

For this entrepreneurs, it will be a great opportunity to get into a new market, receive the help of local mentors and get involved in the startup scene.

This program is supported by ESF, so it’s free for entrepreneurs (flight, accommodation, coworking, training and 40h of mentoring included).

It starts with an online training program with a duration of 8 weeks, from before to after the trip.

There are three phases of mentoring:

• online mentoring “pre”:  mentor virtually meets the entrepreneur and design a work plan (4 hours online)  before the visit to the country.
• in-situ phase: entrepreneurs spend 5weeks in the selected EU center, where they meet the assigned mentor(s).   The in situ mentoring is around 40 hours total. The rest of the time is for entrepreneur’s work with visits to events, conferences, and interviews with customers, partners, and investors. The entrepreneurs receive free full-time coworking space to the entrepreneur during his stay.
• online mentoring “post”: after coming back home, entrepreneurs and mentors spend 4 extra hours (online), to summarize the experiences and lessons learned during the program.

And it will be a final Wrap Up Event where mentors and entrepreneurs meet in a 1,5-day and share experiences and best practices.

These projects were selected from more than 100 candidates. The main criteria are fluent English-speaking and a degree of maturity that allows them to do the first step into internationalization.

We support EOI in searching the European partners, in the selection process, the design and some sessions of the training program and management the relationship between mentors and entrepreneurs, ensuring they get the most of the program.
This program is entirely aligned with our vision of entrepreneurship in Europe, fostering the relationships into different markets.
